Ecosystem Incentives and Token Utility
ChainLabel is run by the community, centered around the utility token, $CL. $CL tokens are awarded to labelers, who use the interface to label the appropriate data types. Smart contracts are broken into individual lines, which are each labeled.

Quality Control
Each type of data must be labeled by multiple independent labelers, and if all labelers place the same label, the label is saved and the data is moved into the “fnalized” category. If any of the labelers disagree, additional labelers are added until concurrence is reached.
Labels that are considered “fnalized” are sold to the community in exchange for $CL tokens. If a “fnalized” token receives multiple complaints that it is inaccurate via the $CL portal, it is removed fromcirculation. -
Labeling Incentives & Data Usage
Each labeled piece of data awards a user 1 $CL token. After concurrence is reached, the user who made the label receives a compounding multiplier..
If a labeled piece of data is fnalized and later removed from circulation, the labeler loses their earned bonus and must re-earn status.
Finalized data is sold via the $CL platform for AI training in exchange for $CL tokens.
